Responsible for engineering, procurement, construction, and validation
schedules for new process MK-826 at the Merck Chemicals Cherokee Facility in
Danville, Pennsylvania. Work included converting conceptual schedules
to detailed construction schedules, and issuing weekly schedule
updates. Supervised one scheduler and three quantity-tracking
engineers, and coordinated information flow from process engineering, design
engineering, superintendents, procurement personnel, and contractors. January-August,

Engineering, 1989-1999 Construction Engineer, Jacksonville, Florida,
Williamsburg, Virginia, and Baldwinsville, New York. Owner’s
representative overseeing a variety of construction projects, including
packaging line modifications, warehouse additions and modifications, and
brewing process piping changes. Additional responsibilities included
third-party pre-legal analysis of contractor claims. In addition, wrote
Standard Operating Procedures for new bottle line installed in the
